Our core service involves processing your inputs (brand guides, transcripts, prompts) using third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini).
- No Training on User Data: We do not use your personal data or proprietary business content to train our own foundational AI models. We utilize enterprise API endpoints from our AI providers, and we explicitly opt out of allowing these providers to use your data to train their models, where such opt-out mechanisms are available.
- Data Transmission: Your inputs are transmitted securely to these AI providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested content.
3.2 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

If you use My Vision Assistant as an agency to manage content for your clients, you act as the Data Controller for your clients' personal data, and My Vision Agency acts as your Data Processor. By using our services to process client data, you agree that such processing is governed by standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) terms required by applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients to transfer their data to our platform.
4.2 General Disclosures
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. However, we may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide in the following circumstances:
- To Service Providers: We share data with contractors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting (Vercel, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), AI processing (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Firecrawl), and marketing automation (GoHighLevel).
